If I were the CEO of CMG I’d be faced with a serious dilemma. Do I promote Michele to a VP level position and give her what ever she asks for in compensation because of her outstanding knowledge and customer care, support, relations, etc? She was just as pleasant to work with. Such a great team. Tammy was on top of things, prompt. Through out the process, we have been 2 to 3 hours behind in time zone differences. This team didnt let that get in the way or even seem like an issue at all. They were very accommodating. They make me want to go out and buy another house! I have been recommending the CMG company to anybody that is thinking of buying a house. That says something because I dont normally give recommendations.
